ADDICTED TO GOD MINISTRIES IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO INSTIILLING HOPE IN THOSE GRAPPLING WITH ADDICTION.AS A FAITH-DRIVEN INITIATIVE , WE STRIVE TO RAISE FUNDS THAT PROVIDE ESSENTIAL TREATMENT FOR INDIVIDUALS FACING MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE , EMPOWERING THEM TO LEAD FULFILLING , ADDICTION-FREE LIVES AND DISCOVER INNER TRANQUILITY. CURRENTLY , WE OPERATE FROM A SINGLE LOCATION , WITH ASPIRATIONS TO EXPAND AND CREATE ADDITIONAL FACILITIES THAT OFFER A COMPREHENSIVE 12-WEEK RECOVERY PROGRAM. OUR NETWORK EXTENDS NATIONWIDE , CONNECTING INDIVIDUALS WITH THE APPROPRIATE RESOURCES AND TREATMENT OPTIONS TAILORED TO THEIR UNIQUE NEEDS. IN ADDITION , WE ENGAGE WITH YOUTH AND COMMUNITIES THROUGH EVENTS AND PUBLIC SPEAKING , SHARING VITAL KNOWLEDGE AND INSIGHTS. INTRODUCTION TO OUR 12 WEEK PROGRAM AND INTERVENTION
If you or someone close to you is facing the challenge of addiction or needs guidance in reintegrating into a clean and sober lifestyle, A Place Called Hope Transitioning Home offers a beacon of HOPE. Operated by and sponsored by Addicted to God Ministries, this home is a nurturing environment focused on recovery.
The founder, a former gang leader who battled drug and alcohol addiction for 25 years, has transformed his life and is now a Minister. Now clean and sober, he uses the skills he gained throughout his journey to assist others in achieving inner peace and freedom from addiction. Guided by his faith, he leads with compassion and understanding.
The program spans 12 weeks, designed to rehabilitate individuals and help them transition into society as positive influences in their communities. Over the course of 90 days, residents will explore the underlying issues of their addiction and develop strategies for maintaining a sober lifestyle.
Participants will cultivate essential life skills during the program. They will have opportunities to learn a trade, master job searching and interviewing techniques, and gain knowledge in business administration and development, equipping them with the tools to potentially start their own ventures.
Daily meetings and Bible studies will be integral to the experience, alongside the implementation of the 12-step frameworks on a weekly basis. Residents will also enhance their social skills through engaging activities and outings, fostering a supportive and positive social circle crucial for recovery.
Each resident will be assigned a dedicated life coach, trainer, and mentor, providing personalized support throughout their stay. The home , situated on an acre of land, can accommodate up to 8 individuals at a time, with plans for additional family quarters to expand capacity.
Availability is limited, so secure your spot today. Should the program be full, alternative options or a waiting list will be available. Conveniently located in north Lakeland, Florida, the home is within a 45-minute drive from both Orlando and Tampa.
Please note that weapons, drugs, and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Visitation is allowed with prior approval from the house, and a zero-tolerance policy is in place regarding violence, disrespect, substance use, or theft. Random drug and breathalyzer tests will be conducted. We welcome those sincerely committed to making a positive change in their lives.
